1:1 psychotherapy

A private space to slow things down, understand what’s driving your patterns, and build steadier ways of responding - especially under stress. We work open-ended, but with a clear focus and regular reviews so it stays practical and useful.

Group therapy

A small men’s group that combines honesty, accountability, and real-time practice. Group work helps you notice how you relate - where you hide, compete, please, withdraw - and learn new ways of connecting with others.

  • Weekly structured sessions with confidentiality and clear aims

  • Support and challenge from other men doing the work

  • Momentum through commitments you carry into the week

Couples counselling

A structured space to break repeating conflict cycles and rebuild trust, safety, and teamwork. We slow down arguments, understand what each of you is protecting, and build a repeatable way to repair when things go wrong.

  • Improve communication, boundaries, and emotional safety

  • Create practical agreements you can actually keep

Coaching

For when you want clarity and traction rather than therapy. Coaching is forward-focused and practical - helping you set goals, remove obstacles, and follow through with consistent action.

  • Support that stays grounded and action-oriented

Should I choose 1:1 therapy, group therapy, or coaching?

Most people don’t need the “perfect” option, they need the one that fits their situation right now. Here’s a simple guide.

Choose 1:1 therapy if you want:

  • Private, tailored depth work (your history, patterns, relationships)

  • Help with anxiety, anger, shame, emotional shutdown, or compulsive coping

  • A calm space to slow down and build steadier responses over time

Choose group therapy if you want:

  • Momentum, accountability, and not doing it alone

  • Real-time practice around confidence, boundaries, and connection

  • The added benefit of learning through other men’s experiences 

Choose coaching if you want:

  • Forward-focused support: decisions, discipline, goals, direction

  • Clear actions and accountability without clinical therapy

  • Practical traction when you feel stuck in “thinking mode”

Fees

1

1:1 therapy & coaching

My fees are £75 per session, each session lasts for 50 minutes.

I am available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm, I also offer some sessions at a reduced rate. Coaching prices vary depending on each persons situation.

Group

The price of group therapy depends on the size and length of the group.

Couples counselling

My fees for couples counselling are £90 per session, but I have a certain number of spaces for concessions.
