Break the Cycle: Relationship Intensive is a 12-week, application-only programme for people who want a time-limited, structured push to change how they show up in relationships.

This isn’t motivational advice or endless talking. It’s a clear plan, weekly experiments, and a support layer around the sessions, so the work actually transfers into real life.

Who it’s for

This programme is for you if:

  • conflict escalates fast or drags on for days

  • you withdraw, go quiet, or disappear into work/phone/porn

  • you people-please and then resent it

  • you feel criticised easily and get defensive or sharp

  • intimacy and desire have dropped, or connection feels strained

  • you want to lead yourself better at home, not just “understand why”

 

Who it’s not for

Not a fit if:

  • you want quick hacks without doing emotional work

  • you’re in acute crisis that needs urgent support

  • there is ongoing coercive control or violence in the relationship

What changes by the end

By week 12, you’ll typically have:

  • a clear map of your specific relationship loop (what triggers you + what you do next)

  • the ability to interrupt shutdown/anger/appeasing in real time

  • repair skills that rebuild trust (not just “talking about it”)

  • cleaner boundaries and direct requests (less resentment)

  • a maintenance plan so you don’t relapse under stress

How the programme works

This is a time-bound change project, not open-ended therapy.

We start with a 90-minute Deep Dive to map the loop, agree goals, and identify a few indicators to track. From there, each week follows a consistent structure:

  • a brief scoreboard check-in

  • a loop audit (where it showed up this week)

  • one core focus for the session

  • one practical “experiment” to run before next week

You also get bounded support between sessions to keep momentum and help you apply the work when the loop is happening.

  • Week 1: 90-minute Deep Dive (assessment + plan)

  • Weeks 2–11: 10 × 50-minute weekly sessions

  • Week 12: consolidation + relapse plan

  • Midweek check-in support (Mon–Fri, reply within 48 hours)

  • 1-page formulation + plan (Week 1)

  • Midpoint review (Week 6)

  • Weekly prompts/experiments (minimal, high-yield)

  • Optional 45-minute partner alignment session (agreements + repair language)

“What’s the difference between this and regular therapy with you?”

Regular therapy is an open-ended weekly process, important work, but the structure and tracking are looser.

The programme is a 12-week change project:

  • a 90-minute Deep Dive at the start

  • a written formulation and plan

  • weekly sessions with consistent workflow

  • tracked indicators

  • a specific experiment each week

  • bounded support between sessions

Same quality of work—different container. If you want open-ended therapy, we do regular sessions. If you want a structured push with accountability and support, this is for that.
